By confirming a catering order with Sri Balaji Caterers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total estimated cost. Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance and written/event confirmation. Final guest count must be provided at least 5 days before the event.

2. Menu & Customization

Menu selections must be finalized at least 5 days prior to the event. We offer customized menu options based on dietary preferences (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain, etc.). Any last-minute changes may be subject to additional charges and availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted based on menu selection, guest count, and service type. Final payment must be settled on or before the day of the event. Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or cheque (subject to clearance). Taxes and service charges may apply as per prevailing rates.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the event. Postponement requests will be considered based on availability and must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.

5. Service & Delivery

Our team ensures timely delivery and setup based on agreed timings. Client is requested to ensure venue readiness (tables, water, electricity, etc.) before food delivery/setup. Any delay caused due to venue access or external factors is not Sri Balaji Caterers’ responsibility.

6. Food Safety & Liability

All food is prepared in hygienic conditions and packed freshly. Leftover food, once delivered or served, is at the client’s responsibility and risk. Sri Balaji Caterers is not liable for any food consumed beyond the advised shelf life or improper storage post-delivery.

7. Damage & Conduct

The client is responsible for any loss or damage caused to catering equipment or property during the event. Our staff maintains professionalism; we expect clients and guests to treat them respectfully.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials used by Sri Balaji Caterers remain our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

Sri Balaji Caterers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review them periodically.
