Refund and Return – Sri Balaji Caterers

At Sri Balaji Caterers, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations and resource planning.

1. Advance Payment

All catering bookings require a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total quoted amount. This advance secures your date and allows us to begin preparations.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the event:
    Eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount paid.

  • Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before the event:
    Eligible for a 25% refund of the advance amount.

  • Cancellation within 72 hours of the event:
    No refund will be provided due to incurred costs and committed resources.

3. Postponement Requests

If the event is being postponed, we will try to accommodate the new date based on availability. The advance amount may be adjusted accordingly. However, this must be informed at least 72 hours prior to the original event date.

4. Cancellation by Sri Balaji Caterers

In the rare case of cancellation from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund of any amount paid will be issued immediately.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original mode of payment (bank transfer, UPI, or cheque).

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom food item purchases or special ingredients procured exclusively for the event.

  • Additional logistics or setup costs already incurred.
